As soon as the other stepped in to take the man’s place, Aileen bowed towards her previous dance partner before stepping back into position with her new one. At his words, she merely smiled gratefully towards him as they began to dance. “No, your timing was perfect. You’re not intruding at all.” She reassured him while following his lead. “And please, call me Zi Teng.”

He took the princess’s hand in for a dance with his left wrapped around her waist. Remembering what he was taught, the male will always lead the waltz. He moved his foot to the left and began. “Well, your welcome Your Highness,” he nodded. Ming Yu shifted his foot to the right, then taking a step backwards. Even though, he could still feel the pain in his foot, it didn’t bother him at all as the pain subdued. “That’s a beautiful name, quite fitting I must say, Your Highness,” The male slid to the right. “I hear you are quite a dancer. Have you taken up courses before?”

The music continued on as he silently spoke to her. He was looking at the princess in her level. Judging from the two inch, the princess’s head barely was at his chin or lower lip height. Out of respect, he couldn’t bring himself to say the princess’s name. Although, she was American, he too have very English/British sounding names. There wasn’t much to say when his mother was from Hong Kong, whom died in childbirth. Alistair Nathaniel Cecil Bai-Lee or Lee Ming Yu was his name, but he would preferred to be called Ming Yu. Since being raised with such wealth, it was said that he was quite charming, but he wouldn’t say much about it.

His uncle, Viscount Bai, was a member of the Queen’s Count. A rule maker of her Parliament. There wasn’t much information about why his uncle wanted him to be king, except for that he was the rightful heir to the throne. Ming Yu could see why his uncle didn’t want the princess to be queen due to her state of knowledge and clumsiness. The male gave another glance at the princess. Judging from his first run in with her, the princess was a bit odd.

"Oh, it’s alright. Don’t worry." Aileen reassured him, a smile gracing her features. She didn’t necessarily want to tell him about her run in with the duke from before, finding that she showed enough of her embarrassing side to him already. That hurt her ego a bit— making herself look ridiculous over a cute guy she just met. "I was just making sure I greet everyone and I just so happened to run into you is all… quite literally…" She instinctively bit her bottom lip before continuing. "Are you sure you’re alright? You don’t need my contact information or anything? Insurance company?" She lightly joked though it was mostly out of nervousness.

Ming Yu could hear the sigh of relief from the princess, but she seems insistent that he should see a doctor. “Please, Your Highness. It’s not necessary,” he said to her, “As I said before, it was entirely my fault, so I apologize.” Another smile formed on his lips. “Please have a good evening, Your Highness, and happy birthday.” The young man excused himself from the princess with a bow and a final glance. After his encounter with the young crown, he went back to his plan, but now he wasn’t feeling for any of the bubbly alcoholic drink. Ming Yu switched it to the punch they had; sweet and non-alcoholic.

After taking another sip from his glass, he could see his uncle coming over. “A bit of a klutz, isn’t she?” his uncle said, “Such an unorthodox girl.” Ming Yu swirled the drink around before answering. “Now, Uncle, it was an accident. There was no harm in it-” His uncle, or foster father who took him in when his father died, start yammering about how unfit the crown was to be queen. All he could do was roll his eyes at him, but there was something about the Crown Princess that interested him. Ming Yu decided to stay around the punch table carefully watching the princess.

After having his foot stepped on, he spotted her dancing with many of the bachelors in the party. Some were good dancers and some needed to be worked on. The male downed his punch and decided to save the poor princess from a disaster. As he got to her, she was having a hard time with her current dance partner. Tapping on the elder male then a cough, Ming Yu asked if he could dance with the princess. When the other had let go and left with a bow, Ming Yu took his place as the lead. “Your Highness, it’s a pleasure to meet with you again,” he said, “I didn’t mean to intrude though.” He slightly dropped his smile.

"Oh my god—" She blurted out in English on accident, the shock hitting her even more at her rudeness. "I mean—" She quickly switched back to Chinese, babbling over the older male with worry and embarrassment. "I’m so sorry. Are you alright? Do you need a medical attention or maybe a doctor? Aspirin?" She tried, her voice and expression looking almost flustered."I am really sorry, sir."

The male was settling around the corner when his uncle said to mingle around with the officials at the party. Today was the Crown Princess’s birthday and a rumored distant relatives of his, since his uncle would never stop talking about it. With a glass of champagne in his hand, the male took a stroll, saying hello to the diplomats and having some small talk along the way. Of course, he made it quick knowing that he had to get around to almost everyone. The glass was already empty by the time he was at the thirtieth person that was speaking to him. Deciding to take another glass, he dropped his glass on a empty flute tray and walked towards the opposite wall.

Not even halfway there, Ming Yu felt a metal object nearly poking him and his right foot being smashed together. He let out a silent cry of pain then clearing the back of his throat when he realized who he had crashed into. The foreign language exclaim was enough to know. “I apologize, Your Highness,” he said, smiling at her with his head slightly lowered, “Don’t need to worry about it, I’ll survive.” Ming Yu could see that the people around them were staring, knowing a simple commotion from the Crown Princess would give her an image.

"The fault was mine. I apologize once again, but I’m sure I will be all right." The male spoke with sincerity. "A little foot injury isn’t going to stop me." This was the first time he had ever met the princess face-to-face. It was quite the rumor to hear that the princess was quite a ditz, maybe it was true. To him, it looked like she was in a rush to escape somewhere. "But are you all right, Your Highness? You seem a bit rushed to go somewhere," he asked, "I don’t mean to brag. You have no need to answer if the question doesn’t please you." The male looks at the princess, trying to see what she was feeling.

[/she frowned at the news, nodding slightly as she looked over at the cover Celeste showed to her; it was a complex situation for the group and if Vanessa continued wit her behavior, there might not even be a group anymore/] “There are rumors going around the staff that the CEO is thinking about dropping Vanessa entirely from the label if things don’t progress for the better soon.” [/she admitted/] “Is there any truth to that from what you know?” [/hums slightly/] “Sort of? I mean, I’m going to have to tell people sooner or later but it’s nothing serious.”

"Last I checked it was rehab, but this is the first I heard about this. If it’s true, I wouldn’t mind at all. She needs to stop stupid stuff like Justin Bieber. I heard Orlando Bloom took a swing at him." [‘taking another sip from her juice bottle.] "Once time our manager and I caught her with one of our back-up dancers, its was the most awkward thing ever." {‘she then takes a look at her bestie} "Tell people what? Wait… Are you having a baby?" {‘the girl eyes at the other] "Chubbier… Baggy clothes although that’s normal. Eating fried food knowing Spencer banned you or something like that." {‘she pokes Leenie’s cheek} "You are pregnant!"

"Fifteen weeks…"

[/hums slightly as she listened to Celeste, poking at her melon before having a sudden craving for potato chips/] “Ah, there were some rumors at work about tension between a group. Does it have something to do with that?” [/she asked while trying to push aside her craving for the junk food and stuffed another piece of melon into her mouth/] “Hmm… Off the record check up.” [/she replied, realizing that she never told Celeste about her being pregnant; decides to see how long she can wait it out/]

"Yeah, that’s the main problem. Has anything gotten better since I left? But I can answer that myself." {‘she pointed at the cover, tapping a small corner dedicated to her group.} "If Vanessa doesn’t clean up her act, we might have to throw her in rehab and the group will be doing solo activities till she’s out. It seems by now it’s even more useless to see that fame has went to her head." {‘she said, taking another bite out of her giant peach.} "An off the record? Is it something you don’t want to tell people?"

Jian laughed and started to make his way down before jumping off the tree. “Don’t you know that catching arrows can be dangerous?” He asked, slowly approaching the girl. The male ruffled his hair, not knowing how to talk to her since she seemed a bit annoyed by him. “Cow? I’ll take that as a compliment.” Jian Yu smiled, “How have you been?”

"You know sometimes I don’t understand how a grown man can be so childish," she scoffed, flipping her hair. Her fingers lightly ran through them. Chun stared down at him from her horse, giving him the look of irritation. His comments were making her swell up anger inside, but under that anger was the puppy love that she had once felt for him. It was hard to melt her heart of ice. "You’re not my father, telling me what is or isn’t dangerous at all," Chun Hua hissed, taking the reign to take off and away from him. Oh, how she wanted to wipte the smile off his face. "Nor are you my friend to ask me how i am."

Jian Yu was casually going for a walk after practicing archery. He needed a break from his brothers and constant training. All of it was becoming very bothersome, and Jian was starting to have less free time on his hands. He wandered away from home and started to find himself near grassy fields. Finding a great tree to climb, Jian sat up on one of the highest branches and looked down at the pretty scenery around him. He spotted a familiar girl and a horse in the grassy field. Jian was almost certain it was Chun Hua, and that’s why he decided to mess with her. Pulling out an arrow from his quiver, he aimed at the ground in front of Chun Hua before letting go on the string of the bow. He watched and waited to see the girl’s reaction while snickering.

Her moment of peace and silence has ended when she heard the sounds of a whistling arrow. She knew where it was coming from. Taking her stand, she quickly caught the arrow at her intercept point. Grabbing her bow that was attached to the saddle, she steadied her aim and fired back, aiming at the trunk of the tree. She knew only one person that can annoy her with a shot. “I suggest that you come out,” she spoke at the direction of where the arrow was fired. “I can only guess that you’re not a big fan of welcome parties, you idiotic cow.” Chun Hua slipped the bow back where it belonged.

[/looks up from her melon with a small blink, giving a small wave towards her best friend with her spoon/] “Just visiting. Your mom invited me over for some melon so here I am. Plus, your dad wanted to see how I was doing. What have you been up to?”

{‘takes out a Naked juice and a peach out from the fridge, then picks up a magazine from the counter} “Vacationing. I had to head out of the country for a bit. Things were going crazy with work, so I had to leave before it got worse.” {‘she closes the book and cracks open the juice, before taking a bit into her peach} “Dad had business with you? For what?”
